Why doesn't Tano sell their bags on their web site?

Buying a Tano bag is largely a sensual experience. No seriously, you really need to handle the bag, squeeze the leather, run the zippers, fit your cell phone in the little pockets and generally make sure you're absolutely in love with it before you buy it. It's difficult to have this experience online. Check our bags out in person at a local retailer. Pick a style that's in tune with your personal style. When you find the right one we guarantee love at first sight.

How much do Tano bags cost?

Why can't I find Tano bags at any department stores?

Tano has a strict "no department stores" policy. We believe that our customers are unique and that they deserve the individualized attention that only specialty retailers can give them. Plus, do you really want to look like everyone else on the block?

We hope you never do. But, because all of our bags are crafted by the human hand an occasional issue may arise. We're all human. In that case bring your bag back to the retail store where you purchased it and we'll take it from there. Each retailer has a different store policy. We work with the retailer to make sure you're happy and that you stay a loyal Tano bag fan.

You can fill out our online new account application. We will require photos of your store, a copy of your certificate of incorporation, and your reseller number. We're sorry but we do not accept inquiries from end users regardless of whether or not you reach minimum order quantities.
