Where can I purchase Tano bags?

Why doesn't Tano sell their bags on their web site?

Buying a Tano bag is largely a sensual experience. No seriously, you really need to handle the bag, squeeze the leather, run the zippers, fit your cell phone in the little pockets and generally make sure you're absolutely in love with it before you buy it. It's difficult to have this experience online. Check our bags out in person at a local retailer. Pick a style that's in tune with your personal style. When you find the right one we guarantee love at first sight.

How much do Tano bags cost?

Most of our bags are priced between $180 and $275. Please check with your local retailer for more specific pricing.

Why can't I find Tano bags in most department stores?

Our distribution has and will continue to be focused primarily on independent specialty retailers. We do selectively distribute to better department stores that in our view can provide a level of individualized customer service that meets our standards. What are Tano bags made of?

Leather, leather, leather...all different kinds and colors that we develop exclusively for our bags.

What happens when I have an issue with my Tano bag ?

Tano warranties against manufacturing defects on its products for one year from the original date of purchase when purchased from an authorized Tano dealer. We do not warranty against day to day wear and tear, staining, or misuse. Please keep your sales receipt as verification of purchase date. Tano will repair your bag free of charge. For further information, advice, questions or warranty claims, please contact the authorized Tano dealer from whom you purchased your product or email us directly.

I have a retail store(s) and would like to carry Tano handbags. What should I do?

You can fill out our online new account application. We will require photos of your store, a copy of your certificate of incorporation, and your reseller number. We're sorry but we do not accept inquiries from end users regardless of whether or not you reach minimum order quantities.
